Happy 4th of July!
July is one of the most exciting times to experience life in the Wasatch Back. From Fourth of July celebrations and summer concerts to farmers markets, outdoor recreation, and a full calendar of community events, our mountain towns are in full swing. It’s also one of the busiest seasons in our real estate market, with buyers and visitors discovering everything that makes Park City, Deer Valley, Heber Valley, and the surrounding communities such special places to call home.
In this month’s newsletter, you’ll find local events, featured properties, and real estate insights to help you stay informed whether you’re buying, selling, or simply keeping an eye on the market. As always, if you’re considering a move or have questions about the Wasatch Back real estate market, I’m here to help.
Wishing you a safe, memorable, and happy July!
